Mary Beth Rathgeb joined Accurapid in 1992 as an English-language proofreader. A Magna cum Laude graduate of SUNY Albany with a BA in Anthropology and English, her background was in medical publishing. In that field, mistakes do matter. A typo can literally be a matter of life and death.

Mary Beth brought her zeal for "making sure it's right" with her to Accurapid and now, as an Account Manager, has the same attitude toward every customer's job under her care. She insists on pairing the best translators and editors for each particular job and, with her high quality standards, doesn't consider a translation project finished until she's satisfied that it has been "done right."
