Each one of our nine full-time employees is directly involved in working with the product, answering customer inquiries, and managing the work flow. We have no external salespeople. We don't need them, since over 90% of our new customers come recommended by other satisfied customers. And we'll never sacrifice quality for volume — we will not accept work that we cannot handle competently.
